Bill forwarded me some webshots from the solos and I can't wait to hear how they went...

Out of 12 starters, we had 10 finishers and 2 DNFs.
Not all the times are up yet. Mine was 46:20.
Weather was reasonable, considering the location. Our newspaper said the high temp was 127 on Saturday, but I was thinking it was closer to 120. Humidity was an issue, though.

I have a very difficult time expressing this run in words. It'll be a few days (at least) before I can write up my story. In any case, the run and all the people involved were, once again, simply AMAZING!

I'd like to encourage all the runners AND crew to write their stories and submit them to the "Stories" section of this forum.
