John and I are both planning to do a crossing--together.
This will be a rather slow-paced operation, I think (<60 hours?), but we're working toward making it so it's NOT twice the work for the crew. Should be interesting!

In any case, we need two more crew members.

1. Someone to work day shift, 6 AM to 6 PM. Needs to be an energetic person who can take charge of things. Previous crewing helpful, but not necessary. This person will not pace unless they want to do a little in their off shift.

2. Someone to restock ice/supplies, check in/out of motels, and transport crew to and from resting rooms. Lots of driving. Will have some free time. Could do some pacing, or not.
