Badwater Forum

The Badwater Forum Photo Gallery is a place for members of the Badwater Forum to show their pictures of Badwater to Whitney Crossings, scenery of Death Valley, Mt. Whitney and the areas in-between.

To go to the Badwater Forum Photo Gallery select "PHOTO GALLERY" from the tabs at the top of the forum.  You may also connect to the photo gallery using http://www.badwaterforum.org/coppermine.

This board is the place to discuss pictures, post comments about the photo gallery, and to ask questions about the photo gallery.

Each forum member is initially allocated 1024KB of space in their personal user gallery. Maximum picture size is 1024KB and maximum width or height is 2048 pixels. The gallery will resize larger pictures that are uploaded but please try to resize pictures first to reduce upload time (and network bandwidth) and load on the forum server.

The Badwater Forum and Badwater Forum Photo Gallery share the same user and login system. If you login to the Badwater Forum you are logged in to the Badwater Forum Photo Gallery and vis-versa.

If you would like more space for your photos please send me a message--"MY MESSAGES" on the tabs at the top of the forum or the personal message icon on the left side of this message. You can also email me at John@BadwaterForum.org.

If you have Microsoft Windows XP there is an alternate method of uploading pictures that is described at http://www.badwaterforum.org/coppermine/xp_publish.php. This method is easier if you are uploading more than a few pictures.

• You must hold the copyrights to any photo or file that is uploaded to the Badwater Forum or Badwater Forum Photo Gallery[/*:m]
• Administrators of this forum reserve the right to delete anything uploaded to the Badwater Forum or Badwater Forum Photo Gallery.[/*:m]
• The administrators of this forum may move/copy files in personal user galleries to the main forum galleries. Photos and files may also be used in other locations within the Badwater Forum and Badwater Forum Photo Galleries. Photos may be resized or modified to save space on the forum.[/*:m]
• Photos must be in reasonably good taste (kids may be lurking). No nudity.[/*:m]
• Photos should be of the Badwater to Mt. Whitney areas or of interest to Badwater Forum members.[/*:m]
• There is no guaranteed security for your photos. All photos and files are available to the public. We do back things up but there is no guarantee that the site will continue to remain available and photos and files recoverable.  Maintain your own backups of your pictures![/*:m]
